ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We are a 49 year-old family-owned swimming pool company located in the Greenwood area; specializing in custom inground swimming pools as well as swimming pool openings, closings, service and renovations.
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our staff. If you are seeking a position with a small to mid-size company, this may be the position you are searching for.
BOOKKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES
· Bookkeeping entries with QuickBooks
· A/P, A/R, invoicing, bank reconciliations, payroll, deposit preparation, and financial reporting as requested or required
· Accuracy and attention to detail record keeping and documentation
· Communicate with personnel, and customers as needed
· Financial report preparation as needed
REQUIREMENTS
· Proficient with QUICKBOOKS – minimum 3 years experience
· At least 4 years of Bookkeeping experience in a small to mid-size organization
· Able to work independently
· Able to keep confidential financial records and sensitive information confident to ensure compliance with all relevant policies
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
