Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable/Receivable & Bookeeping Specialist located in Indianapolis, IN. The Specialist will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing expense reports, reconciling account statements, managing journal entries, and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of all accounting tasks. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage finance-related inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Accounting and Finance skills, including the ability to manage journal entries
- Proficiency in processing Expense Reports and conducting thorough reconciliations
- Strong Analytical Skills for accurate financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
