The Junior Business Analyst will assist in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements in support of ongoing projects. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and project teams to support system enhancements, reporting, and training efforts.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and training impacts
- Participate in meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates
- Assist in the development of functional and technical specifications
- Identify and document project risks and issues
- Support the development and testing of new systems or system enhancements
- Assist in preparing training materials and user documentation
- Provide user support during system implementation and post‑implementation
