Provide customer support in both English and Spanish via phone, email, or chat while ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Provide product, service, and policy information in both languages
- Assist with orders, returns, and shipment tracking
- Escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of interactions

✅ Qualifications:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (written and verbal)
- Previous customer service experience required
