Overview:
Responsible for operating Swiss CNC machines to produce high-quality machined parts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC machines (turning, drilling, milling, tapping).
• Perform offsets, tool changes, and monitor tool wear.
• Load materials and oversee machine operation.
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Inspect parts using precision measurement tools.
• Complete production and inspection documentation.
• Use ERP/computer systems and perform basic machine maintenance.
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years CNC operator experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical shop tasks.
• Good mechanical aptitude, accuracy, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.08 per hour
