Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and guest support throughout their visit
- Manage daily proshop operations, including sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management
- Assist with event management such as tournaments, outings, and special golf events to ensure seamless execution
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, resolving conflicts or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Provide information about course rules, tee times, and amenities while promoting additional services like food and beverage offerings
- Support public speaking efforts by communicating event details or safety instructions clearly to groups or individuals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the proshop area to uphold a welcoming environment
