Shown Appts are $35/each Plus Monthly Bonus For Shown Appointments.
- 75 Shown Appointments - $3150 Total Monthly Pay (2625 Commission 525 Bonus)
- 100 Shown Appointments -$4500 Total Monthly Pay (3500 Commission 1000 Bonus)
- 150 Shown Appt - $7500 Total Monthly Pay (5250 Commission 2250 Bonus )
- 200 Shown Appt - $11000 Total Monthly Pay (7000 Commission 4000 Bonus)
- $6250 = 250 Shown Appt - $15000 Total Monthly Pay (8750 Commission 6250 Bonus)
- 300 Shown Appt - $19500 Total Monthly Pay (10500 Commission 9000 Bonus)

What you’ll do
- Respond to new internet leads quickly (goal: within 10 minutes) by phone, text, and email
- Make consistent daily outreach (calls/texts/emails) and keep clean notes in the CRM
- Set qualified appointments and partner with sales to maximize shows & sold
- Share short walk-around videos/personalized messages to move shoppers forward
- Manage your pipeline and hit weekly activity/quality targets
- Work a rotating schedule with some evenings and weekends
What you’ll bring
- Drive to earn (commission-heavy plan) and a habit of doing more than the minimum
- Clear, professional phone presence and writing
- Coachability and consistency—you take feedback and turn it into results
- Stable work history (12–18 months per recent role preferred)
- CRM experience (VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket, etc.—we’ll train)
- Valid driver’s license and insurable record
What success looks like - Pros that can bring in a minium of 120 per month.
No expirence - We will train the right person but you need to be
- Must be Outgoing with a good phone presence
- Must be Driven - A drive to learn, succeed and be the best.
