Position Summary
The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing
customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer’s standards. This role requires
strong technical ability, efficiency, and dedication to quality on every repair order.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Honda and pre‑owned
vehicles.
- Complete warranty and customer‑pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, suspension, alignments, etc.).
- Use diagnostic tools and manufacturing software.
- Document findings and recommendations clearly on repair orders.
- Perform video vehicle inspections as required.
- Maintain productivity and efficiency targets.
- Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ automotive repair experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications and factory training are a plus.
