We are seeking dedicated individuals who enjoy a fast paced environment and can deliver extraordinary, high quality customer service to our clientele. Subaru of Pembroke Pines, a dealership in the Craig Zinn Automotive group, is looking for a BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join their team.
The BDC Agent is primarily responsible for answering all incoming sales phone calls, generating sales appointments, following-up on customer leads, and other related duties.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous sales or call center experience required
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high transactional sales environment
- Ability to proficiently communicate and build rapport over the phone
- Great information gathering and monitoring skills, and attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow-through
- Self motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Basic knowledge or ability to use internet software and inventory software
- Professional appearance and good work ethics
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
