POMPANO Honda is looking to hire an experienced Automotive BDC Agent immediately for our growing dealership and high-volume BDC department.
We currently receive 40 internet leads per day and are continuing to grow rapidly. We are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and consistently drive appointments for the showroom.
Responsibilities:
Following up with fresh internet leads
Handling inbound sales calls
Scheduling appointments for our product specialists
Managing customer communication through phone, text, and email
Working leads efficiently inside Eleads CRM
Requirements:
Automotive BDC sales experience preferred
Eleads proficiency preferred
Must be productive, dependable, and hard-working
Must show up on time consistently
Must be a normal-to-fast typer
Strong communication and phone skills required
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Schedule:
Saturday is required
Some Sundays required
2 days off per week
