Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services
- Schedule appointments for sales teams by engaging prospects with clear, persuasive communication
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Peak Local, to track interactions, update client information, and manage follow-ups
- Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, demonstrating a strong understanding of our technology sales offerings
- Apply negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointment commitments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies
Skills
- Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish a must)
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling with a focus on B2B sales or technical sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written—ensuring clarity and professionalism in every interaction
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Peak Local or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Knowledge of technology sales processes and business development strategies
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service orientation combined with proactive outreach skills to foster trust and build rapport
- Knowledge in Pool industry a plus but not required.
