- Prepare invoices for accurate data entry
- Sort and match invoices with corresponding check requests
- Process and prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner
- Review, code, and process vehicle maintenance invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies
- Communicate and respond to vendor inquiries promptly
- Address store inquiries and resolve any accounts payable issues efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems for records
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while multitasking effectively
- Must have confidential and ethical conduct
- Ability to regularly lift, push, or move 10 pounds; occasionally lift, push, or move 25 pounds
- Ability to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
