Monitors and coordinates the day-to-day operations of all revenue producing onsite marketplace activities, regarding maintenance, security, contractual obligations, entertainment, parking, custodial, landscaping, and all other aspects in a way that reflects PCC's standards of excellence.
Essential Functions:
- Monitors Marketplace daily maintenance, security, parking (including zoned transportation), guest services, janitorial, landscaping, audio/ visual/ digital needs, and reports any issues to the appropriate PCC contacts.
- Monitor all tenant needs regarding PCC facilities, processes, and procedures.
- Monitors all on-site tenant locations for product quality and sales efforts.
- Monitors and keeps informed of all products, services, and other general information of interest at on-site tenant locations.
Requirements
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the various activities and services provided at the Polynesian Cultural Center and excellent customer service skills.
- Good health and be capable of a full range of body movement.
- Able to speak, read and write in English.
- Able to work with various cultures, customs and personalities.
- Two years of sales and/or merchandising work experience.
- Three years of outside related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have a AA Degree, high-school diploma, GED or equivalent and working knowledge of Business Administration, Marketing or Travel Management.
