Polston Tax Resolution & Accounting is hiring a Client Specialist for our Moore, OK office. We are looking for someone enjoys connecting with people, knows being detail-oriented is one of their strengths, and has excellent time management skills when juggling multiple competing priorities. The hours for this in-office position are Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. With management approval, the schedule is subject to change to meet business demands. Unauthorized overtime is not permitted. This is not a remote position.
Requirements
The Client Specialist has a positive attitude and customer service mindset with a strong work ethic.
- The skill to switch back and forth between tasks based on their importance and urgency.
- Basic computer skills such as keyboarding, email etiquette, and working with Microsoft Office.
- A team player who works hard to achieve good results in the tasks they have been given.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with great follow up
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the skill to prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Reliable transportation able to drive to and commute between office locations.
- Equipment to work remotely when the office is closed due to inclement weather, power outage etc.
- A computer, laptop, monitor, tablet and/or smart phone.
- Internet - a minimum of 50 Mbps internet service with a recommended speed of 100 Mbps for optimal performance.

What Will You Do?
The Client Specialist is the main point of contact for the firm and provides a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor that sets the tone for a strong relationship between our clients and the firm.
- Communicate with current and potential clients regarding services the firm provides through face-to-face interaction, over the phone, or by email.
- Assist attorneys, accountants, and case managers with client communication.
- Prepare legal documents.
- Maintain company schedule and caller database.
- Maintain and update large, complex spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Update case notes in internal case management software.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, copiers, printers, postage machines, and scanners.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate but may occasionally exceed those levels.
- The lighting in the office may range from moderate to bright (LED lighting.)
- Employees in this role are regularly expected to meet established productivity standards under time constraints.
- Employees in this role may experience frequent periods of pressure, particularly during deadlines and high demand periods.
