Are you an experienced commercial cleaner, janitorial professional, crew lead, or cleaning supervisor who is ready for something more?
Polished Oak Cleaners is looking for a Commercial Growth Manager to help us grow our commercial cleaning division in the Auburn, AL area.
This is not a traditional cleaning position. You’ll use your existing cleaning experience while learning sales, business development, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and contacting potential commercial customers
- Making phone calls, sending emails, and following up with prospects
- Building relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
- Attending commercial cleaning walkthroughs
- Helping win new commercial cleaning contracts
- Helping launch new accounts and establish cleaning standards
- Training and developing cleaning teams
- Working with customers to ensure excellent service
- Transitioning to the next opportunity once an account is staffed and running smoothly
You do not need previous sales experience. We can teach you sales and business development. What we're looking for is someone with commercial cleaning experience who is motivated, dependable, comfortable talking with people, willing to learn, and ready to take on more responsibility.
This could be a great fit for someone currently working as a commercial cleaner, janitor, crew lead, site supervisor, cleaning supervisor, or cleaning manager who knows they are capable of more.
Compensation: $1,000 to $10,000 per month earning potential, including guaranteed base pay and significant performance-based earning opportunities.
