What We Offer

$15/hour starting pay

Guaranteed 30 Hours Per Week - $450/week minimum
Eligible full-time team members who maintain their agreed availability and remain in good standing are guaranteed at least 30 paid hours each week.

$500 New Cleaner Bonus
Complete your first 90 days and earn up to $500:

• $100 after 30 days

Professional Training
No professional cleaning experience is required. We'll train you in the Polished Oak cleaning system and give you clear expectations for success.

Learn the Polished Oak system and complete training.

Cleaner II — $16/hour
Demonstrate the ability to consistently complete Polished Oak-quality cleaning.

Senior Cleaner — $17/hour
Become a proven, dependable member of the team with strong quality and attendance.

Lead Cleaner — $18/hour
Take greater responsibility on jobs and help lead other team members.

Trainer — $19/hour
Help train and develop new Polished Oak cleaners.

Senior Lead / Leadership Track — $20/hour
Demonstrate exceptional quality, reliability, leadership, and responsibility.

Advancement is based on successfully meeting the requirements of each level, not simply how long you've worked here.

What You'll Do

You'll work with other Polished Oak team members to provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning throughout the Auburn/Opelika area. Responsibilities include cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces and commercial facilities; following job-specific checklists and company cleaning standards; properly using cleaning products and equipment; communicating professionally with teammates and customers; completing quality-control procedures; and helping maintain the high standard our customers expect.

About the 30-Hour Guarantee

Eligible full-time cleaners are guaranteed at least 30 paid hours per week, provided they maintain their agreed work availability, accept assigned work, meet attendance and performance expectations, and remain in good standing.

When customer cleaning work doesn't fill all guaranteed hours, team members may be assigned paid training, equipment or supply preparation, quality-control work, team support, or other appropriate Polished Oak responsibilities.
