What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Cleaner, you’ll help maintain clean and professional commercial spaces for our clients.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning offices and commercial facilities
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning kitchens, break rooms, and common areas
• Cleaning doors, glass, and other surfaces
• Restocking cleaning supplies when needed
• Following cleaning checklists and company standards
• Communicating any issues or concerns to your supervisor
• Providing friendly, professional service while working in client facilities

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience
• Is dependable and shows up when scheduled
• Takes pride in doing quality work
• Pays attention to details
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Follows instructions and cleaning checklists
• Works efficiently while maintaining quality
• Is respectful of clients, coworkers, and their property
• Has a positive attitude
• Is willing to learn and follow Polished Oak’s cleaning standards

Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is strongly preferred.
