Department:
Housing: Provide administrative support to the Housing and Community Development department while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all client interactions. Assist callers and walk-in clients with housing-related inquiries and information. Receive and process tenant rental payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all housing programs and rental properties.
