What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff through hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing performance management
- Drive sales, cross‑sales, and referrals while ensuring all activity is documented in CRM
- Oversee all teller and new‑account functions with accuracy and compliance
- Maintain expert knowledge of all PointBank products, services, and account processes
- Manage branch cash levels, vault operations, audits, and daily CTR reviews
- Educate customers on fraud prevention and deliver fast, friendly, solutions‑focused service
- Ensure the branch is well‑supplied, well‑maintained, and always customer‑ready
- Support community engagement and uphold PointBank’s positive presence
- Suggest improvements and embrace cross‑training
