We are looking for an outgoing professional who loves being out in the community, connecting with business owners, and turning conversations into long‑term relationships. If you are energized by outbound sales and excited to represent a respected brand that is expanding fast, this role puts you right in the center of the action.
The Account Executive will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients to promote financial services and products. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, delivering exceptional customer service, closing sales, and meeting or exceeding performance targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denton, TX, requiring collaboration with local teams and interaction with various community members to drive revenue and business growth.
What You Will Do
- Conduct outbound sales calls, in person visits, and targeted outreach to bring in new business and expand your network.
- Build and grow a strong deposit portfolio while identifying opportunities to cross sell additional services.
- Develop new commercial relationships and contribute to the growth of the bank’s loan portfolio.
- Represent PointBank at community events, chamber functions, mixers, charity events, and other high value networking opportunities.
- Manage and deepen relationships within your personal portfolio to ensure long term satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new accounts, treasury management services, and credit related products.
- Track leads, activity, and performance through CRM to stay organized, focused, and ahead of your goals.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Demonstrated experience portfolio management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
