Essential Duties and Accountabilities
- Ensures all components are correct in size, color and order.
- Enters data into the computer system.
- Scans ballistic panel barcode and plate.
- Verifies accuracy of ballistic and information.
- Assembles the ballistic following the process steps according to work order specifications.
- Prints packaging slips.
- Inserts carrier assembly into the plastic bag, paste label and puts carrier in box.
- Closes the box with tape and inserts the packaging list into the envelope.
- Performs a visual inspection for accuracy.
- Weighs the box and enter the information into the system.
- Prints the shipping label and tracking and pastes onto box.
- Confirms label matches the information in the system.
- Places the completed box on pallet.
- Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks.
- Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
- Maintains a safe and clean work area.
- Performs other related duties as required and or as assigned.
