Job Summary
GLStaffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products, following work instructions, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to specifications and work instructions.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely.
- Package completed products for shipping or storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report any defective materials or equipment to the supervisor.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs.
