Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested services by phones, mails, messages, or video chats
- Provide pre-sales support, including preparing quotes, answering product-related questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle post-sales activities such as order tracking, delivery coordination, and addressing customer concerns or issues
- Entry detailed and accurate customer records to the system.
- Assisting customers with product returns, replacements, and refunds while minimizing risks or costs under established policies
- Check returns, evaluate their conditions, and list them online
- Other assigned tasks
Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- High school degree or above
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
