Responsibilities for each phase:
Phase 1:
Operations Assistant & Business Support
Learn company operations, customer workflows, logistics processes, inventory management, and business systems.
Phase 2:
Business Analyst
Analyze operational data, identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and support management decision-making.
Phase 3:
AI Data Analyst / Process Optimization Specialist
Lead AI automation projects, build dashboards, automate business workflows, and drive data-driven improvements across the company.
What You Will Do
Business Operations Support
- Support customer communications and order processing
- Coordinate logistics, shipping, and inventory-related activities
- Assist with operational documentation and workflow management
- Learn warehouse and supply chain operations firsthand
- Work directly with management on business improvement initiatives
Data Analysis & Process Optimization
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Build reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Support inventory planning and operational forecasting
- Assist in workflow automation projects
AI & Technology Projects
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI platforms
- Explore business process automation opportunities
- Assist in implementing AI-driven solutions
- Support data visualization and reporting initiatives
- Participate in future machine learning and automation projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a U.S. university
- STEM majors preferred: Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, etc.
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Strong writing and documentation skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Highly organized and detail-orientedPreferred Qualifications
- Experience with Excel, Python, or similar tools
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
- Experience with business process improvement projects
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
