This allows our Community Manager to stay focused on their key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise and knowledge that surpasses our client's expectations, putting people before profits.Job Duties:Greet all residents and visitors, providing hospitality-like serviceInterface with all residents and guests, providing on-going extraordinary service and ensuring questions and requests are addressed in a timely fashionServe as the primary layer for access control and key managementAssist with homeowner and tenant package managementWork with Community Manager to provide regular and consistent communications to membership with community updates and events via newsletters, e-mail, mail, phone, etc.Coordinate and assist with residents with the move in and move out to the property per the association guidelines.Required Qualifications:4 Year College Degree preferred but not required3-4 years of experience in an administrative roleExtraordinary customer service skillsExceptional writing and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointProficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statementsStrong organizational skillsAn honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanorAddress walk-up resident service requestsAnswer all front-desk calls and address call-in resident service requestsUpdate association website and portal, including both document folders and the community calendar, ensuring all information is up to dateWork with the Community Manager to ensure all service requests are addressed in a timely manner, providing updates to the respective resident as necessaryPerform routine property inspections to assist the Community Manager with compliance with the associations governing documents and with California civil and code compliance.Proactively reach out to owners regarding any non-compliance or delinquency mattersWork directly with on-site staff, vendors, and the Association Board of Directors to provide the support as necessary to ensure they’re able to meet their operational duties and obligationsVarious other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:4 Year College Degree preferred but not required3-4 Years of experience in an administrative roleExtraordinary customer service skillsExceptional writing and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, and ExcelStrong organizational skillsAn honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanorRequirements:Shift: Swing.
