Your ‘day to day’:
- Support Finance Business Partners and commercial teams in achieving delivery within PMI cost targets.
- Build cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and enable innovative solutions for cost optimization.
- Provide independent, data-driven insights to influence key operational and strategic decisions.
- Lead actuals tracking and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and alignment with forecasts.
- Validate key financial assumptions, trade-offs, and opportunities to optimize resource allocation.
- Act as finance representative on key functional projects, supporting investment decisions and defining metrics.
- Identify trends and patterns to maximize ROI and provide ad-hoc analysis on specific issues.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and develop direct report analysts.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
- 7 years of experience in financial controlling, commercial finance, or similar roles within a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience with Excel and ERP systems.
- Proactive mindset and comfort working with senior management.
- Digital savviness and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Annual Base Salary Range: $149,600-$187,000
