Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a 24-month rotational program starting in July 2026 designed to develop future generations of business leaders in finance and business controlling. As a participant in the program, you will rotate through multiple business functions within the business.

- Show your full potential in day-to-day operations while we put your entrepreneurial and leadership skills to the test with the ownership of impactful projects
- Explore potential careers in Finance and Controlling
- Have direct exposure and close cooperation with Top Management across functions and geographical scope.
- Receive ongoing support from your manager, mentor, and through peer exchange.
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or other related business major.
- Experience from at least one previous financial based internship or other work experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a hands-on attitude.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire / drive to become a future leader in an organization.
- Passion, drive, and readiness to challenge status quo (should be in your DNA).
- Forward-looking ability to anticipate industry trends and proactively adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Proficient in the latest technologies trends, with an understanding of how to leverage these tools to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.
- Naturally inquisitive and eager to explore new ideas, with a proven track record of using creative thinking and analytical skills to identify and solve complex challenges.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Salary : $70,000 - $72,000
