Role Description The Licensed Real Estate Agent role at PMI Commonwealth is a full-time position located in Northern Virginia. The agent will represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including property showings, listing appointments, market analyses, and contract negotiations. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, advising clients on local market conditions, preparing and reviewing purchase agreements and leases, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The agent will collaborate closely with the property management team to support investment property owners, provide informed guidance on rentability and asset performance, and help maintain strong tenant and client relationships. This role also involves maintaining accurate records in brokerage systems, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations, and delivering responsive, service-oriented client communication. Qualifications
- Active state Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate principles, practices, and local market trends.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions in a competitive environment.
- Understanding of Real Property, including investment property, leasing, and asset management concepts.
