Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team of 8–10 executives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on coaching, driving daily performance, and ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds their quotas. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in SaaS sales and a passion for building winning sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 8–10 inside sales representatives focused on closing SaaS deals to achieve their monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas.
- Monitor team performance daily and implement plans to hit individual and team quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation with sales targets and campaigns.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s, sales huddles, and team meetings to provide training, support, and performance feedback.
- Track sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Customize sales presentations and product demos to align with client needs and pain points.
- Act as a subject matter expert during customer engagements, providing technical insights and addressing concerns.
- Strengthen client relationships through active listening and tailored solutions.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with product, support, and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth handoffs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to evolving sales playbooks.
Qualifications:
• 8 years of inside sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role—preferably in SaaS.
• Proven ability to drive team quota attainment and revenue growth.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a hands-on leadership style.
• Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and consultative selling approaches.
• Comfortable analyzing sales data to identify trends and improve team performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
