Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results through effective team management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed performance metrics.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track sales activities, monitor performance, and generate insightful sales reports.
Conduct regular sales meetings to provide guidance, support, and training to the inside sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to drive sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and finance, to address customer needs and drive business growth.
Continuously assess and improve sales processes, procedures, and performance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Customize Presentations:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor demonstrations accordingly. Adapt presentation content and format to address specific pain points and highlight relevant solutions.
Technical Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert on our products/services, staying abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings. Provide technical guidance and insights to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Customer Engagement:
Foster positive relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions during demonstrations. Demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism to build trust and credibility.
Training and Support:
Assist in training sales representatives on product features, demonstration techniques, and effective communication strategies. Provide ongoing support to ensure sales team members are equipped to deliver impactful presentations independently.
Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement in product features, demonstration processes, and presentation materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and refine demonstration strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
