Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales within assigned territories.
- Manage existing accounts through ongoing relationship building, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects and opportunities.
- Engage in direct sales efforts, including inside and outside sales activities, to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
- Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities for effective product demos and client interactions.

Pay: $47,229.57 - $56,878.62 per year
