Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at At Your Service Heating and Cooling, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate information regarding their heating and cooling needs. You will manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide support to both customers and our field technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for technicians, ensuring optimal routing and efficiency.
3. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and products to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Data Management: Enter and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
2. Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
4. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and software applications; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous Service Titan.
5. Problem-Solving Ability: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
