Pay: Up to $50/hr DOE Performance Bonuses

Plumbing & Heating Doctor is seeking a dependable and skilled Plumbing Technician to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in diagnosing plumbing issues, and committed to providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform effective repairs or replacements
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Respond to service calls, including emergency repairs when needed
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper functionality
- Provide customers with recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and system upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or apprenticeship preferred)
- Proven experience as a plumbing technician or plumber
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
- Relevant state or local plumbing license (if required)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment (50 lbs)
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
- Work Environment:
- Residential, commercial, and industrial sites
- May involve on-call hours, evenings, weekends, and emergency services

What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of professional experience
- EPA Universal Certification (Preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge and a commitment to continuous learning
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Point of Sale and documentation experience
