To further support our Nantucket branch, Plumbers’ Supply Company is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join the local leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with contractors and trade professionals.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily counter and phone sales operations
- Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, contractors, and repeat customers
- Provide product expertise in plumbing, heating, and hydronic systems
- Manage quoting, order entry, pricing, and follow-up
- Partner with leadership to drive branch growth
- Monitor performance metrics and improve sales effectiveness
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Support overall branch operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of inside sales experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or wholesale distribution
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong product knowledge in plumbing and heating systems
- Proven ability to grow sales and manage customer relationships
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- ERP system and Microsoft Office experience

Compensation Range
Compensation range is indicative of and inclusive of a total compensation package that could include a combination of base salary, housing assistance and placement, and performance based bonuses.
