Your New Role
As a Drain Cleaning Technician, you'll serve customers throughout Woodland, CA, and surrounding communities by diagnosing and resolving drain and sewer system issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform drain cleaning and sewer line services for residential and commercial customers
- Operate drain cleaning machines, hydro jetting equipment, and sewer inspection cameras
- Diagnose drain and sewer problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings and completed work
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as scheduled

Job requirements
- At least 2 years of drain cleaning or plumbing experience
- Experience operating electric drain cleaning machines, hydro jetters, and sewer inspection cameras
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces
- Availability to participate in rotating weekend and on-call schedules
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) methods is a plus
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
