Your New Role
- Answer inbound customer calls and gather accurate service details in Woodland, CA
- Schedule plumbing service appointments using ServiceTitan
- Dispatch technicians based on availability, skill set, location, and job urgency
- Handle same-day and emergency service requests with efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor technician routes, job progress, and arrival times throughout the day
- Communicate schedule updates and changes with technicians in real time
- Maintain detailed job notes, customer records, and appointment logs
- Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer service on every interaction

Job requirements
- 2 years of dispatching or scheduling experience specifically within a service plumbing environment
- Experience using ServiceTitan is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize urgent and same-day service calls effectively
- Comfortable using scheduling software and maintaining accurate digital records
