Your New Role
As a Plumbing Service & Sales Technician, you will serve residential customers throughout Woodland, CA, and nearby communities by providing plumbing repairs, maintenance, and replacement solutions while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Complete plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations safely and efficiently
- Explain findings and present service recommendations clearly to homeowners
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service during every visit
- Communicate with dispatch and office staff throughout the workday
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle
- Follow company safety policies and industry best practices
- Travel to customer locations within the local service area

Job requirements
- 1 to 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience discussing repair and replacement options with homeowners is preferred
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and occasional weekends or emergency service calls, based on business needs
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting, bending, crawling, and working in confined spaces when necessary
