About the Opportunity
A nationally recognized, Am Law–ranked firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Boston office. You’ll be embedded in a high-performing litigation team supporting complex commercial and business disputes, where paralegals are trusted to drive matters forward, not just assist. - Track and manage court deadlines, filings, and case calendars (federal & state)
- Prepare and file documents via ECF and state court systems
- Conduct PACER research and legal research to support case strategy
- Assist with trial preparation, including document organization and coordination
- Partner directly with attorneys to ensure accuracy, momentum, and execution across matters
Why This Role Stands Out
- Work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation (not administrative-heavy work)
- Join a team that values autonomy, accountability, and attention to detail
- Be part of a firm with a strong national platform and growing Boston presence
- Hybrid structure that supports both collaboration and flexibility
- Clear expectation that you are a key contributor to case outcomes, not just support
What They’re Looking For
- 6 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment
- Strong experience with commercial or complex business litigation
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, filings, and multiple matters simultaneously
- Experience with ECF filings, PACER, and legal research tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently and think ahead
The Right Profile
You’re someone who:
- Understands the full litigation lifecycle
- Doesn’t wait for direction—you anticipate what’s needed next
- Takes pride in delivering clean, accurate, and thorough work product
- Wants to be in a role where you’re trusted and relied upon, not micromanaged
