Role Description The Process Improvement Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This role is responsible for analyzing existing logistics and operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing data-driven solutions to improve productivity, safety, and quality. Day-to-day tasks include mapping workflows, collecting and interpreting performance data, developing process control methods, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvements. The engineer will document standards, create training materials, support continuous improvement initiatives, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure long-term success of process changes.

- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments, familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and proficiency with data analysis tools and process mapping software are beneficial.
