Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote position as a Brand Partnership Lead. The role involves developing and managing partnerships with brands on behalf of top talent on Playbook. Playbook works with thousands of creators, many of the top creators in digital fitness need support sourcing, negotiating and managing key brand partnerships.
**This role will largely be commission as you will share in the contract revenue for large talent. This is great opportunity to leverage a massive database of influencer relationships to build up a strong brand partnership business around Playbook. You should be able to ramp up revenue very quickly given our depth of relationships.
Responsibilities Include:
- Relentless outreach and networking, building relationships with brands that are actively investing in influencer marketing
- As you build up your rolodex, you will be helping to design and manage and well organized brand database.
- You will help negotiate deals on behalf of the talent, to ensure they are protected and getting the best terms possible.
- You will keep in touch with the talent and the brand to help support the implementation and performance of the partnership.
Qualifications
- You are entrepreneurial and very driven, as this this role is largely for someone who has always wanted to start their own agency, but needed a little more support on infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment
- You have at least 5 years working directly in brand partnerships, ideally in the health, fitness and wellness landscape
- You know how to build relationships with the right brands, present talent and negotiate contracts.
- You have an existing rolodex of contacts, as well as a strong sense of industry rates and terms
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external brand partners
