About the Role
As a Client Interaction & Sales Associate, you’ll be on the front lines representing our partner brands. You’ll engage directly with customers in-person, promoting products and services, building genuine rapport, and guiding them through the sales process. Your role combines customer service expertise with proactive sales performance, making it ideal for individuals who are confident, people-oriented, and results-driven.
While this is a sales-focused position, no previous sales experience is required — we provide full training and mentorship. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and eagerness to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-person to promote products and services
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
- Explain product features and benefits in a clear, compelling way
- Guide customers through the decision-making and sales process
- Address questions or concerns with a solutions-focused approach
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
- Participate in regular team training and professional development
