Pay & Perks Great Starting Pay:
- $20/hr during your first month of paid training, then DOE.($25 per hr cap).
- Monthly Raise Opportunities: Regular reviews with real opportunities for pay increases based on reliability, quality, and performance! Extra Cash In Your Pocket: Mileage reimbursement provided.
- Tips Monthly Performance Bonuses $10 for every client review you help collect $30 for candidate referrals $5 for direct positive client feedback.

What We’re Looking For Experience:
- 6 months of professional cleaning experience (or 1 year of relevant cleaning experience).
- Reliability: Background check required & reliable transportation to local job sites.
Team Mindset: Able to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, customer-first attitude.
Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, standing, and staying active on your feet.
