Alpine Cleaning and Restoration, a mitigation company is seeking a cleaning technician.
Duties of the cleaning technician include:
· Removing smoke and/or soot from homes
· Responding to emergency cleaning losses
· Packing contents onsite for removal
· Completing job scope and paperwork as needed
Requirements of the cleaning technician:
· Able to deal with customers.
· Good communication skills
· Able to lift 35 pounds.
· Valid Washington state driver’s license and good driving record.
· Pass criminal background check.
· Pass initial drug screening and random drug tests after employment.
Employer provides tools and training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.50 - $30.00 per hour
