This is a sales role only. Candidates with proven sales experience may apply. We are hiring driven Patient Sales Consultants (Plastic Surgery) for a high volume cosmetic practice in Miami. This position is for individuals who excel in fast paced, phone based and client facing sales environments such as aesthetics, beauty, spa, retail, hospitality, telemarketing, or call centers. Degrees are not required. Strong communication, disciplined follow up, and the ability to close are the qualities we value most.
You will speak with patients, guide them through procedures, build trust, and close sales. This is a performance driven position with strong income potential for those who take initiative, follow up consistently, and see this as a long term career opportunity rather than a routine job.
This is a full time, on site position. Remote work is not available. Coordinators follow a consistent weekly schedule and may adjust their hours when business needs permit. Availability for rotating Saturdays is required, and all scheduling practices comply with applicable labor laws.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Consult with inbound leads and guide them through their journey.
- Close high-value procedures like liposuction, BBLs, mommy makeovers, and more.
- Work alongside top surgeons to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

- Follow up and manage leads strategically to maximize booked surgeries.
