What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Shipping & Operations Associate position at Plant Proper?
The Plant Proper Customer Service Shipping & Operations Associate will be working as a primary role will be around processing shipping orders and customer service communication when needed, you may need to assist as needed in other areas but will be a part-time job to start with for 2 days a week from Monday to Tuesday.
**Will be required to work on-site**
Preferred Experience:
Experience with nurseries and/or house plant retail business.
Experience with Shopify, Shipstation and Zendesk platforms
Required Experience:
Proficient with Computers and associated software (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
Proficient writer with good grammar and spelling skills
Experience with any e-commerce CMS platform
Quick learning ability to learn and retain knowledge to be used towards customer service.
