Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer programs encompassing multiple switchgear projects.
- Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to deliver integrated program outcomes.
- Track and report on overall program performance, risk, and profitability.
- Drive standardization and process improvement across projects to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery predictability.
- Support business development teams in defining project scopes, cost estimates, and proposals for large or repeat customers.
- Plan, schedule, and manage individual switchgear projects from order entry through delivery and installation support.
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables, coordinating with design, procurement, and production teams.
- Monitor project budgets, change orders, and material costs to ensure profitability.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resource conflicts, and schedule impacts.
- Maintain clear communication and documentation with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety requirements, and customer standards.

Specific Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in project/program management required. Experience in electrical equipment or switchgear manufacturing environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is a plus
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects involving custom-engineered products.
- Strong understanding of switchgear design, electrical distribution systems, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Proficiency with ERP systems
