Under general direction, instructs, directs, and checks the work of other project engineers. Responsible for developing strategies for technical IT infrastructures and the completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Leads a group of engineers, analysts, and/or technicians assigned for the duration of a project or may function as ongoing lead within a group of engineers associated with one or more technical areas within the telecom function (such as, but not limited to, network design, engineering, implementation, or operations/user support). Does not have formal supervisory responsibilities, although may provide input to performance appraisals.

- Perform functional analysis, requirements, definition and SAP module configuration and testing.
- Ability to develop functional requirements specifications, data mappings, function mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction/control tables.
- Ability to coordinate projects across different organizations
- Strong knowledge in SAP HCM HR modules including OM/PA, eCareer, EHS ect.
- HR Development experience
- RICEF, InfoType, Logical Databases, OM/PA, etc

- S/4 HANA
- HR Security
- Fiori Architect
- Design Architecture Experience - LaunchPad Design, design control based solutions
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools such as VersionOne.
- Knowledge of and experience in an IT Service management System (preferably ServiceNow)
- A minimum of ten (10) years experience in software development, database administration, and/or related field;
- A degree from an accredited College/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred;
- Able to perform all functional duties independently on high-visibility programs, or mission critical aspects of a given program;
- Able to oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job;
- Experience training/mentoring less experienced personnel;
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with designing, implementing, operating and administering relational DBMSs;
- Development/support experience with more than one DBMS product (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server);
- Extensive knowledge of/experience with DBMS Job Control Language (JCL), access methods, performance tuning, device allocation, validation checks, organization, security, documentation and statistical methods;
- Without assistance, capable of recommending the most appropriate DBMS product after evaluating a set of system requirements;
- Extensive experience producing database-related documentation such as administration policies, procedures, standards and guidelines;
- Excellent communication skills.
