About the Role:

In a competitive market of mature, look-alike vendors, our leadership team recognizes that visual brand excellence is a strategic differentiator.

To support continued growth in North America, we are looking for a Regional Operational Designer to support the execution and local deployment of Planisware’s global brand across the USA and Canada, extended to Mexico.

This role is hands-on and centered on implementing and adapting global brand guidelines locally, ensuring consistent, high-quality design across marketing and sales touchpoints. This is a role with strong ownership over Planisware's North American design output.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Execution & Local Adaptation

  • Apply and execute Planisware’s global brand guidelines across all North American assets.
  • Adapt global templates, visual systems, and campaigns to local market needs while maintaining strict brand consistency.
  • Produce on-brand assets for web, campaigns, events, sales enablement, and product marketing.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables for the North American region.
  • Escalate brand or execution questions to the global brand team when clarification is needed.

Marketing Assets

  • Design and produce assets for North American events, webinars, ABM campaigns, web and thought leadership.
  • Create marketing and sales materials such as PPT presentations, one-pagers, brochures, infographics, and case studies.
  • Support Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams by translating approved messaging into clear, effective visuals.
  • Adapt global campaign kits into locally relevant executions.

Digital & Web Production

  • Partner with web, demand generation, and content teams to design landing pages, digital ads, social visuals, and email templates.
  • Contribute to UX/UI thinking where relevant, especially for marketing and product-adjacent experiences.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and scalability.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with North American marketing, product marketing, and sales teams on day-to-day execution.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Branding to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of global initiatives.
  • Manage assigned design tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Use global design templates, libraries, and tools.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of professional design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong execution within established brand systems.
  • Proficiency in Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid skills in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing across digital, presentations, events, and print.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting North American marketing and sales teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise marketing or ABM programs.
  • Basic motion or video editing skills.

Execution & Mindset

  • Comfortable working within clearly defined brand guidelines and templates.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to translate briefs into accurate, well-crafted visual deliverables.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple requests in parallel.

Collaboration

  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with global or regional stakeholders is a plus.
  • Open to feedback and iteration in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Why Join Us

  • Play a key role in scaling and executing a strong global brand in the North American market.
  • Opportunity to work within a well-established global brand system.
