Position Summary
The Change Management Practitioner partners with clients to support the successful deployment of Planisware solutions within their organization. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and driving end-user adoption. Working closely with the Planisware implementation team, the Change Management Practitioner ensures alignment, reduces implementation risks, and enhances overall project readiness. Through strong collaboration, leadership, and change management expertise, this role plays a critical part in enabling organizational transitions and maximizing the value of Planisware systems.
Department: Business Services Team
Location: This role is based out of our Denver office. Planisware currently has a hybrid policy of working in the office four days per week, Monday-Thursday, with remote work allowed on Friday. This is subject to change as the company sees fit.
Key Responsibilities
Project Responsibilities
- Evaluate organizational readiness for leveraging Planisware, including assessing stakeholder dynamics and aligning insights with successful system implementation.
- Lead change management efforts by designing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive adoption and minimize disruption.
- Develop and deliver user training programs (as needed) to promote onboarding, proficiency, and sustained use of Planisware functionalities.
- Configure and optimize digital adoption tools within Planisware to enhance user experience and accelerate platform adoption.
- Implement user feedback mechanisms, such as end-user surveys and leadership surveys, to capture insights and identify user experience trends.
- Analyze collected data and recommend targeted strategies to improve usability and support ongoing adoption.

- Ensure successful Planisware adoption by building strong end-user engagement and reducing resistance to new processes and tools.
- Deliver measurable business value through effective change strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment and readiness throughout the project lifecycle, enhancing satisfaction and minimizing disruption.
- Use feedback and performance metrics to refine ongoing change management approaches and support the sustainability of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, ideally supporting enterprise-level system deployments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in change management, with proven experience in project management, including planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional workstreams.
- Familiarity with established change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) or possession of any industry-recognized change management certification.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or Portfolio/Strategic Portfolio Management (PPM/SPM) tools.
- Prior exposure to Planisware solutions is a plus.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
