Aquatics Manager (Full-Time)

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Aquatic Manager to lead the daily operations of our aquatic facility. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for all guests, while supervising and supporting a team of lifeguards and swim instructors.

The Aquatic Manager will oversee staff scheduling, safety compliance, water quality, and program execution, while also playing a key role in customer service and team development. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for water safety and community engagement.

The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing both people and operations in a fast-paced aquatic environment.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations of the aquatic facility, including pool maintenance, safety protocols, and guest services
• Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all hours of operation
• Lead and motivate a team of lifeguards, instructors, and support staff through effective supervision and training
• Coordinate and oversee special events, swim classes, and recreational activities to maximize guest engagement
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records including incident reports, attendance logs, and safety audits
• Oversee cash handling procedures during admissions or retail transactions within the facility

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Sunday: OFF

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
